I'll Be Part of The Devil's Playground Book Launch Party

On Saturday, 30 June from 7:30 to 6 PM EST (9:30 to 10 PM GMT) I will be hosting a segment of the on-line book launching party for Alice Black's new book The Devil's Playground. The event runs from 3 to 7 PM EST (7 to 11 PM GMT) and several other excellent writers will be participating.

I highly recommend The Devil's Playground. It's an engrossing book that conjures up a disturbing setting filled with monsters and dangers; reading this book reminded me of Silent Hill. 

Please buy a copy of Alice's book and drop by the party on 30 June to say hello to the writer.

A Month of Hell

No, I'm not talking about those first few weeks back to school. I plan on celebrating the 21 October release of Wasteland in Red Square: Book Two of the Hell Gate Saga with a month-long event, which will include two give away contests. Hell has never been so much fun.

I'll be posting more details as the time gets closer, but right now this is what is scheduled throughout October:


1-5 October: Burning Willow Press will be giving away the Kindle version of Hell Gate free on Amazon.

7 October: Cover reveal for Wasteland in Red Square.

10 October: I'll be posting the first chapter.

12-17 October: Contest to give away five autographed copies of Hell Gate. (details to be announced)

18 October: Announce contest winners.

21 October: Day-long book launch party with several guest writers. The schedule of hosting writers will be posted later.

25-30 October: Contest to give away two boxes of Hell Gate swag. (details to be announced)

31 October: Announce contest winners.

Wasteland in Red Square: Book Two of the Hell Gate Saga Is Scheduled For Release on 21 October

That's right. Wasteland in Red Square: Book Two of the Hell Gate Saga is nearing completion and will be published on 21 October. I'm really excited about this for two reasons.

First, the sequel is more action-packed than Hell Gate. In this novel, the Hell Gaters begin their travel around the world to close the other portals, starting with Russia where they encounter Hell Spawn more ferocious than anything they have encountered before. 

Second, Wasteland in Red Square will be launched in a month-long event I'm calling A Month of Hell. I'm still pulling together the details, but the event will include a cover reveal, a special deal on the Kindle version of Hell Gate, a giveaway of autographed copies of Hell Gate, and much more. Keep checking back; I'll be posting more details soon.
